This policy explains how Contractor Capacity handles information submitted through this site and messages sent to its business number.
What we collect
Details you provide when you submit an inquiry, book an appointment, start a chat, or contact us, such as your name, company, phone number, email, message content, appointment details, and text-message consent choice. Call and message records, including voicemails you choose to leave. Website usage data such as pages visited and interactions, collected by analytics tools.
How we use it
To respond to you, arrange appointments, provide support, keep business records, protect the service, and honor opt-out and help requests. Providing a phone number does not by itself enroll you in text messages.
Service providers
Hosting, communications, email, scheduling, chat, and website analytics providers process information to operate the site and respond to you. Some analytics providers may also use data for their own purposes, including advertising; see their privacy policies. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and security.
We do not sell personal information. Mobile information, text-message opt-in data, and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses analytics, including cookies and session replay, to understand how visitors use it. Form answers and contact details are not sent to analytics. Global Privacy Control is respected for Google Analytics, and visitors in the EU, EEA, Switzerland, and UK are measured only with consent.

Meta advertising measurement is not enabled on this site.
Retention
Inquiry, appointment, and message records are kept as long as needed to handle your request and meet business and legal obligations. Analytics cookies and recordings are kept for limited periods set by each provider.
Your rights and choices
Text messaging is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for help. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by email. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations.
